This shipped as a seven-phase project, and it touched almost every part of the site:

• A real Forums section: categories, threads, replies, and admin pin, lock, and delete controls
• A GM-only Player Management tab for kicking, banning, and assigning character ownership
• A reorganized campaign sidebar (Campaign, World, Game, Tools) with whole-sidebar and per-category collapse, plus a GM-configurable hidden-tabs setting
• Master Urus rendering real item and spell cards in chat instead of plain text
• A site-wide Bazaar preview page, showing what the future homebrew marketplace will look like
• Tiered membership badges, account-wide ban enforcement, and an admin user-management screen
