A twelve-phase pass focused entirely on speed and usability: a mobile-first shell and navigation, responsive layouts for the character sheet, the initiative tracker, and the World Inhabitants views, a mobile toggle for list-and-detail screens that used to squeeze onto tiny viewports, error boundaries and loading states across every tab, and an accessibility pass pairing labels with inputs sitewide.

It closed with a full responsive rollout, including a touch-friendly map with pinch-zoom and bigger drag targets, and a Playwright end-to-end suite covering mobile, tablet, and desktop.
